Alec Baldwin Jokes He Doesn’t Make Money On Movies Because Of His Kids

Alec Baldwin, the same Alec Baldwin who was arrested last month for allegedly punching a man during a parking spot dispute in New York, recently sat down with Seth Meyers on Late Night with Seth Meyers. And while Alec didn’t punch Seth for talking over him, he did reveal that it is because of his kids that his movies don’t make money anymore.

The 60-year-old actor decided to talk about his four children that he’s had with his 34-year-old wife Hilaria. “With all these kids when I make a movie now, I make no money,’ Alec joked, adding that he has to “cover hotel bills” for his family as well as “$20 orange juice at the Beverly Hotel.” We know exactly what that’s like Alec. Okay, we don’t.

Alec and Hilaria are quite busy with five-year-old daughter Carmen, three-year-old son Rafael, as well as two-year-old Leonardo, and six-month-old Romeo. And even with all that chaos Alec still has time to hop on Saturday Night Live for quite the impression. But don’t look for Alec to stop doing movies anytime soon as he wants to get his “kids in college.” “I got to work forever now, know what I mean?,” Alec said.

Alec not only has four kids with Hilaria, but he also has a daughter, 23-year-old Ireland, with his ex-wife, 64-year-old Kim Basinger. Alec and Kim were married from 1993 to 2002, right around the same time when Kim was blowing up in Hollywood. During her marriage to Alec she won an Oscar in 1998 for her role on L.A. Confidential. Kim was married to Ron Snyder before Alec, but she hasn’t been married since her and Alec parted ways.
