Alec, 57, and Hilaria — who married in June 2012 — welcomed Carmen, 2, in August 2013 and Rafael, 6 months, in June 2015. The 30 Rock star is also a dad to a 20-year-old daughter, Ireland Baldwin, from his first marriage to Kim Basinger.
