The 43-year-old actress just shared a surprising photo of herself with a baby bump on Instagram — and it really threw her fans for a loop!
In her caption, Alyssa explained this photo — presumably taken while she was expecting her second child, daughter Elizabella — was included in Sara Blakely's new book, The Belly Art Project. Just last week, the actress similarly took to the social media platform to share a throwback photo of herself with a pregnant belly.

The former Who's the Boss? star and her husband, Creative Artists Agency agent David Bugliari — who married in August 2009 — previously welcomed son Milo, 5, in August 2011 and daughter Elizabella, 2, in September 2014. We hope these recent baby bump photos mean Alyssa and David will add Baby No. 3 to their bunch very soon!
