Botched’s Paul Nassif and Brittany Pattakos Welcome Baby Boy: ‘So Excited to Begin This New Chapter’
Dr. Paul Nassif, star of Botched, recently welcomed his fifth child, his second with wife Brittany Pattakos.
Paul, 62, and Brittany, 35, announced the arrival of their new addition on January 10 in a joint statement via Instagram.
“I’m so happy to announce Paul Michael Nassif Jr. was born 9 lbs. 10 oz. on January 9th, 2025 at 12:59 AM. Mother and son are safe and sound; our hearts have never been fuller,” the statement read alongside a picture of the baby boy sporting a head full of dark hair while swaddled in blankets.
The plastic surgeon added that he and Brittany were “so excited to begin this new chapter” in their lives and that now, their family “was complete.” Paul shares three sons, Gavin, Colin and Christian, with his ex-wife, Adrienne Maloof, while he and Brittany welcomed daughter Paulina in 2020.
Fans first met Paul when he and Adrienne appeared in the first three seasons of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The former couple wed in 2002, but 10 years later, their relationship came to an end when Paul filed for divorce in June 2012. While their split was a bit messy at the time, Paul has said that they’re now on the same page as they learned to coparent their sons. Paul and Adrienne, 63, have spoken about the demise of their marriage in the past and both believed their time on the Bravo series was partially to blame.
“The show actually did me a favor by getting [me] out of a relationship that was not right for both of us,” Adrienne told E! News in 2020. “When I look back, I think it would’ve happened, it just happened sooner than later.”
Three years later, Paul expressed a similar opinion.
“I don’t think I’d ever do something like that again,” Paul said in a 2023 interview with the outlet. “I think being on a reality show, it did speed up our demise and divorce. I think it was going to happen anyway, eventually.”
Since their split, Paul has moved on with Brittany, who he married in a lavish ceremony in Santorini, Greece, in October 2019.
After three sons, Paul wasn’t shy about admitting he was hoping for a baby girl after learning Brittany was expecting shortly after she walked down the aisle. In April 2020, he shared a video of the gender reveal where he hit a golf ball in his backyard that exploded into pink powder.
“It’s a girl!! My heart is racing!” the doc wrote alongside the clip on Instagram at the time. “This is truly one of the best days of my life… I can’t wait to meet you, my baby girl! Thoughts on baby names now that we know it’s a girl?”
Brittany gave birth to Paulina just one year after she and Paul tied the knot.
Paul often shares sweet updates regarding his children and his wife, and in July 2024, he shared another gender reveal video. This time, Paul was joined by his sons as they shot powder cannons into the air, and he learned he was having another boy.
“SURPRISE! We’re having a… BOY!!!! We love you so much already, Baby Nassif!” Paul captioned the post.
