Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have decided to sell their New Orleans home, just six weeks after their surprise divorce announcement.

The 52-year-old actor and Angelina’s French Quarter mansion was recently purchased for $4.9 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The former couple previously bought the property in 2007 for $3.5 million.

The three-story, 7,645 square-foot house was built in the 1830s and includes five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two half-baths, the property’s listing revealed. “It sold for a very fair price. It’s a good deal for both parties. They’re happy with the outcome,” real estate agent Nina Killeen said of the sale.

Brad and Angelina, 41, began dating in 2004, tied the knot in August 2014 and revealed their split after two years of marriage in September 2016. They are parents to six kids — Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, both 8 — together.

In the summer of 2004, the pair met on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith. The following March, Brad's wife at the time, Jennifer Aniston, filed for divorce. Though the actor has denied having an on-set romance with Angelina, many speculate they got up close and personal before his separation from Jen.

In April 2005, paparazzi photos captured Brad, Angelina and her adopted son Maddox on a beach in Kenya, fueling rumors of a relationship between the two. That July, the actress adopted her second child Zahara from Ethiopia, and just four short months later, Brad was photographed carrying the little girl as he and Angie arrived in Japan.

On Jan. 11, 2006, Angelina confirmed she was pregnant with the couple's first child, debuting her baby bump soon after. She gave birth to daughter Shiloh on May 27, 2006, in Namibia.

After adopting son Pax from Vietnam in March 2007, Angelina confirmed in May 2008 that she was expecting twins with Brad (her bump had already been showing for quite some time). The brunette beauty gave birth to son Knox and daughter Vivienne on July 12, 2008, in Nice, France.
