Brooke Burke-Charvet reminded everyone just how fit she is, as she was spotted in LA looking fantastic! The 47-year-old dancer, actress, model and television personality was seen wearing a crop top and some boyfriend jeans as she arrived for her appearance on Daily Pop on E!. Brooke, a mother-of-four, is obviously all about staying on top of her health.

During the Christmas season, Brooke shared a workout video on Instagram showing how she’s burning off all that holiday feasting. Her caption read, “Super sweaty gym burn to finish off the week! Total BODY in less than 30!! #HolidayHandful DEETS. #Getmyfitnessapp.'”

Brooke is the trainer and founder of the Brooke Burke Body fitness app.

Brooke wants her app to help people get fit, telling Us Weekly, “I know that not everybody loves to work out, so I’ve found a way to take the time excuse out of it.” She added, “I can get it done at home, I can get it done in a hotel room, I’m on location, I work out with girlfriends.”

Brooke said that it is important for women to find some “me” time. “I think a lot of these women may have never carved out time for themselves,” she once told People. “As women and mothers, we put everybody before us — work, family, kids. We’re last on the totem pole, if you will. This will be really valuable.”

The Dancing with the Stars season seven winner is a fan of intermittent fasting. One of the most popular versions of the diet includes eating all the calories in an eight-hour span, and fasting the other 16.

Brooke is always eager to remind people they can start being fit regardless of their age. She once said on Instagram, “When you ask yourself if you can be fit at any age? Say yes & believe it & get your sexy strong body!”
