Brooke and Grier had a sweet mother-daughter date at the 17th Annual CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute at The American Museum of Natural History in NYC in December 2023.

Decking the Halls

Brooke and her two daughters embraced festive fun at the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball in New York on December 9, 2022. Rowan and Brooke had a matching moment, both rocking festive red tops and black bottoms, and Grier stunned in an oversized suit and sneakers. These ladies certainly know how to welcome the holidays in style! 

Girls’ Night Out

Grier and Rowan showed off their stylish outfits at the launch event for Fashionphile in New York City in May 2022. Brooke posed with her look-alike daughters for several photos throughout the night, turning heads in a fringe top with flared jeans. The Blue Lagoon actress’ youngest daughter led a Q&A session at the event and revealed her hopes to become a broadcast journalist. Brooke gave Rowan some advice on pursuing her future career. 

“I always say, make sure that you find a vocation that you absolutely love, and do it the hardest, work the hardest at it,” she said. “Start wherever you’re allowed to, wherever you’re invited and work as hard as you can. No job is too small and stay focused on what you love and what you want to do.”

Special Moments

Grier supported her mom at the Tara Lewis X Brooke Shields: Role Modeling art exhibit in New York City in May 2022. The aspiring model rocked a black and white pantsuit with hot pink sunglasses. Brooke looked fabulous in a neon orange suit to celebrate the artistic collaboration. She could not wipe the huge smile off of her face as she posed in front of the artwork with her youngest child.

Her Twin

The Suddenly Susan alum walked the red carpet with Rowan at the White House Correspondent’s Dinner in Washington, D.C, in April 2022. The college student wore a sleek black gown and shared some sweet moments with her mom while they posed for photos. Brooke looked nothing but proud of her eldest daughter during the event and turned heads in a glimmering gold dress. 

Dinner with Mom

Grier and Rowan made Brooke a “Happy Mama” when they came to visit from college in November 2021. The stunning mother-daughter trio had dinner together in chic black and white outfits. While Brooke has been keeping busy promoting her holiday film, A Castle For Christmas, she also reminisced about taking the girls trick-or-treating when they were younger in a separate throwback Halloween post.

Visiting Wake Forest

Visiting Rowan at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, for “family weekend,” Brooke was a proud mom and said that she had “soo much fun,” before asking, “Can we come back next week??”

Leaving the Nest

Brooke’s girls were all smiles despite dropping off Rowan at Wake Forest University in August. The actress posted a pic of her college student and Grier while getting Rowan’s dorm room all put together. Of course, Chris was also there!

Happy Mama

Brooke placed her hand on Rowan’s head as she took a nap during a boat ride in July. “Thankful my college-bound still wants to fall asleep on mom’s lap,” she gushed in the caption.

The trio donned matching swimsuits while taking pictures on the beach in the Hamptons in June.

Touching Gesture

The Endless Love actress posted a pic of Rowan wearing a beautiful red prom gown, which she revealed was actually an old ensemble she wore at the 1998 Golden Globe Awards. “I thought it was a special night when I was nominated for a Golden Globe … but nothing could have prepared me to see my daughter wearing it to her prom. Proud mama!” she marveled in June.
