Brooke Shields Reveals Donald Trump Tried Asking Her on a Date — and His Pickup Line Was Cringeworthy!

Maybe next time, Donald Trump! In a candid new interview on Watch What Happens Live, Brooke Shields revealed the President of the US (before he was the POTUS, of course) once tried asking her on a date!

The actress says it happened right after he got a divorce from his second wife, Marla Maples, and even though he was a single man at the time, his pickup line was apparently awful! Watch the video below to see the cringeworthy thing Donald said to Brooke when he asked her out!

Brooke isn’t the only actress to have been picked up by Donald back in the day. Salma Hayek has also has spoken out about her encounter with the now-71-year-old. She recently shared the story about how Donald flirted with her even though she had a boyfriend years ago.

“I turn around and my boyfriend — so charming, so nice — he said hello [to Trump],” she recalled during The Daily Show With Trevor Noah. “[Donald] said, ‘I’m sorry, your girlfriend, I saw she was cold.’ And then he kept talking to my boyfriend.” He then got their numbers, but only ended up calling Salma! “He’s inviting me out, and I’m like, ‘What about my boyfriend? Am I crazy? Are you asking me out? You know I have a boyfriend,'” she said. Donald’s response? “He’s not good enough for you. He’s not important, he’s not big enough for you. You have to go out with me.'”

Salma claimed he then put out a tabloid story that she was “too short” to date him anyway after she denied him. “Later, he called and left me a message. ‘Can you believe this? Who would say this? I don’t want people to think this about you,'” Salma claimed Donald said. “He thought that I would try to go out with him so people wouldn’t think that’s why he wouldn’t go out with me.” Well, that’s awkward…
