REPORTCéline Dion’s Brother Dies Two Days After René Angélil’s Death
This is heartbreaking.
Just two days after losing her husband, René Angélil, to cancer, Céline Dion has suffered yet another devastating loss.
The singer’s 59-year-old brother, Daniel Dion, has reportedly passed away, also from cancer, after it was just reported earlier this week that he only had “hours left to live.”

Céline’s sister Claudette told TMZ earlier this week that her brother’s condition was so bad, the family didn’t expect him to make it another week. She later spoke to Le Journal de Montréal earlier today confirming the tragic news.
“He was ready and he no longer suffers,” Claudette told the newspaper. “It was serene.”
