Chip Gaines Shares a Funny Dad Fail Photo on Instagram and Fans Can’t Get Enough of the Pic!
Even father-of-five Chip Gaines is prone to have a dad fail every once in a while! In a new pic shared to his Instagram on Tuesday, Aug. 14, Chip showed fans his morning scene which included his newborn baby son Crew‘s car seat mistakenly plopped down on his home’s kitchen counter.
“If you’ve read my book #CapitalGaines you know I’m NO child safety specialist, but even I know this can’t be a good place for a car seat,” he captioned the candid pic. While many of Chip’s followers found the car seat placement funny, tons of people instead focused on the dessert sitting on the counter that was included in the snapshot.
“Honestly Chip, I’m more bothered that someone took a piece out of the middle of that pan of cornbread. What kind of a savage does that?” one person commented and another jokingly named Chip’s baby son Crew as the culprit. “I want to know who cut halfway in those brownies?!?! The corner piece is the best!! Lol maybe it was Crew?!?!”
Chip has yet to answer his fans’ burning questions about the food, maybe because it’s possible his wife, Joanna Gaines, baked the yummy treat. While Joanna was pregnant with baby Crew, the mom often documented her pregnancy cravings and subsequent baking sessions on social media.
“Woke up this morning at 2:30 a.m. and was craving fruity pebbles, a pimento cheese sandwich, chicken spaghetti, deviled eggs, and ranch dressing. Didn’t have any of that so I made myself some cookies,” she previously wrote on Instagram in February.
Jo also opened up about her cravings in an interview with People. “I even [once] went to four different fast-food places to get four of my favorite things. Fries from one place, chicken tenders from another, soft drink from another place because I love their ice and custard from another. I have no regrets. It was a good night,” she once said.
