Chrissy Teigen Jokingly Slams Husband John Legend Online For Not Spending Enough Time With Their Kids
This holiday season, Chrissy Teigen doesn’t want her husband, John Legend, to forget about his family! When the father-of-two recently replied to a fan via Twitter to confirm his upcoming public appearances, Chrissy found an opportunity to jokingly remind her hubby that he has a toddler and a new baby at home who want to spend time with him, too.
When one of John’s fans apparently thought that the singer was double booked at two events, the star set the record straight. “We booked rooms and rented a whip to go see @johnlegend Wednesday in Maryland and now he is most likely going to cancel to host the tree lighting in NY. #DoubleBooked,” the fan wrote on Twitter to which John replied, “DC/MD/VA Have no fear I’ll be live in the flesh in Maryland on Wednesday. I pre-taped my Rockefeller tree lighting performance on Thanksgiving Eve. See you soon! #ALegendaryChristmas.”

Since John kick-started his Legendary Christmas tour on Nov. 15, he has been very busy promoting his new Christmas album. However, his wife, Chrissy, still wants him to know that he still has a family at home to take care of, so Chrissy jokingly responded to her husband and wrote, “‘hi’ — your kids!”
Even if John doesn’t make it home on time, at least he and Chrissy still have one holiday tradition to look forward to. John recently revealed that on Christmas, he and his family like to eat McDonald’s instead of cooking their own meal at home.
“It’s a Chrissy tradition for sure,” he joked to The Receipt. John is scheduled to be in LA for his Christmas tour on Dec. 13 and then in Costa Mesa, CA on Dec. 29, so he still has plenty of time to spend with his wife and the kids this Christmas!
