Courteney Cox Proves She Still Knows How to ‘Work it’ While Showing Off Her Killer Bikini Body — Watch!
Yasss, Courteney Cox! The 55-year-old actress brought it when she shared a video to Instagram of herself jumping out of a pool, grabbing her bathing suit cover-up, sipping on a drink and throwing on a pair of really cool shades. The best part? The fact that she does this while Missy Elliott‘s hit song “Work It” plays in the background.
“Oh so now I finally get what @missymisdemeanorelliott meant by put your thing down, flip it, and reverse it … only took me ten years,” the former Friends star joked in the caption.
“This is great,” Busy Phillips commented on her friend’s post with a heart emoji. Soleil Moon Frye added, “Amazing!” Allison Janney even wrote, “I don’t understand how cool you are.” Sarah Paulson jokingly admitted she watched the dramatic video “18 times.” (Same.)
Judging by the clip, Courteney has been enjoying every moment she can lounge by the pool this summer. But who can blame her? She has a killer beach body! In fact, one month after Courteney officially joined Instagram, she did an interview with People and revealed she doesn’t like to use any more fillers in her face.
“[I’m] not a fan,” the Scream actress explained in February. “I would say it’s a common thing you go through as you age, especially in Hollywood … You have to accept getting older, and that’s something that I had a hard time doing.”
Courteney noted that she used to use the face fillers because she “wasn’t pleased” with herself and her looks. “[I tried] to keep up with time in a way that was anything other than,” she explained. After looking in the mirror a few times, though, Courteney knew it was time for her to stop.
“I didn’t realize it until one day I kind of stepped back and went, ‘Oh s–t. I don’t look like myself,” the Cougar Town star said.
