YAY!David Hasselhoff Will Appear in the Upcoming ‘Baywatch’ Movie
"The Hoff" is back!
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson took to Instagram on Wednesday, March 2 to announce David Hasselhoff will appear in the upcoming Baywatch movie — and we can't wait to see Mitch Buchannon on the beach again!
"I WAS BORN READY!" Pleasure to officially welcome the original Baywatch gangsta himself David Hasselhoff to our movie!" Dwayne, 43, captioned the Instagram video of himself on a video chat with David, 63, where he asked him if the world is ready for the both of them to star in the movie together.

"Baywatch is the most successful TV show of all time and from the day we announced we were turning it into a movie, "The Hoff" has been our greatest supporter," Dwayne continued. Though more details on David's role in the film have yet to be released, he appeared on every season of the original television series, which ran from 1989 to 2001.
The Baywatch movie is scheduled to hit theaters in May 2017.
