Get ready, Princess Diaries fans — a third movie is in the works!
In a new interview, the 2001 film’s director, Garry Marshall, revealed he and actress Anne Hathaway are planning to shoot a third installment of the popular franchise — and we couldn’t be more excited about the news!
“I was with Anne a couple weeks ago, it looks like we want to do Princess Diaries 3 [set] in Manhattan,” Garry told People. “Anne is very pregnant, so we have to wait until she has the baby and then I think we’re going to do it.”

The 33-year-old star previously confirmed she is expecting Baby No. 1 with husband Adam Shulman back in January 2016 — and has been showing off her adorable baby bump in chic outfits ever since!
