DIY Friday: Relax This Weekend With a Homemade Ice Cube Facial!

Use the following instructions to whip up your own DIY ice cube facials!
Anti-Sun Damage Homemade Facial
Ingredients:

1 Can of pumpkin puree
-
1 Tbsp of ground cinnamon
-
1 Cup of Papaya juice
Directions:
-
Mix all ingredients together using a blender
-
Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze
-
Once the cubes are frozen, use a towel to rub the cube over your face, avoiding contact with your eyes
-
Leave the facial on for 10 minutes before rinsing it off with warm water
-
Apply the facial once a week for six weeks for an all-natural improvement to your skin!
Homemade Facial for Blemished or Oily Skin
Ingredients:

1.5 Cups of apple cider vinegar
-
1/2 Cup of water
-
1 Tbsp of cinnamon
-
5 Inches of grated turmeric root (you can also use ground tumeric root, but fresh is better)
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or pitcher
-
Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze

Once the cubes are frozen, use a towel to rub the cube over your face, avoiding contact with your eyes

Leave the facial on for five minutes before rinsing it off with warm water

Apply the facial once a week for six weeks for an all-natural improvement to your skin!
Anti-Aging Homemade Facial for Dry Skin
Ingredients:

2 Cups of steeped green tea
-
1 Cup of aloe vera juice
-
Fresh oregano
Directions:

Smash the fresh oregano in your hand to release the plant’s natural oils

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or pitcher

Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze

Once the cubes are frozen, use a towel to rub the cube over your face, avoiding contact with your eyes

Leave the facial on for a couple of minutes before rinsing it off with warm water
