Work may be a priority for Drew Barrymore, but she’s adamant about putting her family first.

“[My daughters] are the greatest things in the world,” the 41-year-old actress told People in LA on Saturday, Feb. 27. ”I really challenge myself by putting work second.”

Drew with her daughtes in December 2014.

The E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial star and her husband, Will Kopelman, 37 — who married in June 2012 — are parents to two daughters; Olive Barrymore Kopelman, 3, and Frankie Barrymore Kopelman, 23 months.

“I’m not the mom who is working all the time and then worried about the time I spend with my kids,” she continued. “I’m actually at the point where I’m spending so much time with my kids, I’m worried about my work life.”
