Erin Napier and Ben Napier are the proud parents of two daughters, Helen and Mae. Helen was born in January 2018, followed by Mae in May 2021.

While the HGTV stars already have their hands full with their show Home Town, which returns for season 7 on January 7, 2024, they’re also dedicated parents to their little girls.

In December 2022, Erin shut down speculation that she and her husband were adding to their brood. “I will not be expecting,” she said. “Y’all don’t have to Google thinking we are dropping cryptic hints. There are no hints. Our family is complete. It is weird and a bit rude to constantly speculate if a woman is pregnant.”

Baby No. 1

Erin and Ben’s first daughter, Helen, was born on January 3, 2018. The couple announced the news the next day with a collage of pics of the family of three. “Helen,” Erin simply captioned the post with a red heart.

An Unexpected Arrival

According to Erin, little Helen “showed up two weeks early,” she told HGTV. “But I think it’s better that way because I got a great night’s sleep before rushing to the hospital. I know as we got closer to the big day, I would’ve been too anxious to sleep.”

An Artist in the Making

It seems Helen is a little artist, as Helen also shared a snap of her daughter holding up a piece of artwork in December 2020. “Her latest work, commissioned by uncle Jesse and aunt Lauren,” Erin penned.

Baby No. 2

Erin gave birth to her little girl on May 28, 2021. The Home Town Takeover stars told People their daughter was born weighing 7 pounds, 1 ounce, and was 19.5 inches long. Erin and Ben also dished her sweet moniker was inspired by the blonde beauty’s Aunt Mae.

Sisters Forever!

Following Mae’s arrival, Erin revealed how thrilled Helen was to have a little sibling. Alongside a photo of the toddler holding Mae’s leg via her Instagram Stories, the TV personality wrote, “Helen got her nails done for the occasion of becoming a big sis.” There’s no doubt Helen is going to show Mae the ropes!

The girls’ bond continued as they grew up and spent more time together.

Making Memories

On Christmas Eve 2023, Erin shared a sweet photo of Helen and Mae frolicking in the family garden. “Reindeer food from the winter garden,” she captioned the shot. “People food too.”

Daddy’s Girls

Ben held both girls in his arms in a sweet video from the 2023 holiday season, which Erin posted to her Instagram page.

“My mama will remind me these are the best days of our life as a family, and I want to be able to hit play on this and feel that, forever,” she wrote. “My babies were once small enough to carry to bed in cotton night gowns and there was so very much love in this house at Christmastime, no matter what happened outside of these walls.”
