Gisele Bündchen is one doting mama!
On the eve of her son Benjamin's sixth birthday, the 35-year-old model took to Instagram to post an adorable snapshot of herself cuddled up next to her "sweet" little boy in honor of his special day.
"Happy birthday my sweet Benny! I love you so much #love #grateful," Gisele captioned the cute pic of herself and her son on what looks like a fun hike through the woods.

The former Victoria's Secret Angel and her husband, pro football player Tom Brady, 38 — who married in February 2009 — welcomed Benjamin in December 2009 and daughter Vivian, 3, in December 2012. Tom is also a dad to a eight-year-old son, Jack, from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
Late last week, Gisele similarly took to social media to wish Vivian a wonderful third birthday. "Happy birthday my little sunshine! I love you so much! #love #grateful," she captioned a photo of her daughter reaching for a banner of colorful balloons on the beach.
