Halle Berry’s Husband, Olivier Martinez, Accused of Battery After Shoving Airport Employee
Halle Berry‘s husband, Olivier Martinez, is reportedly being accused of battery after he shoved an airport employee at LAX during a recent scuffle with the paparazzi.
The French film actor, 48, was allegedly exiting from one of the airport’s terminals with his 48-year-old wife, Halle, the actress’ six-year-old daughter, Nahla, and their 15-month-old son, Maceo, when Olivier used the empty car seat he was carrying to shove the worker to the ground.

The altercation was reportedly an act of defense as Olivier was trying to ensure his family could safely pass through the crowd of photographers waiting for them at the terminal.
Police told ‘ET’ the employee was transported to a local hospital for further medical care following the incident after he complained of abdominal pain. Though the actor and his family were allegedly allowed to leave the airport’s premises, police have since filed a battery report against Olivier.
Halle and Olivier — who wed in a private ceremony in July 2013 — were arriving back to LA from spending the holidays in his native France, ‘ET’ reports.
