"Hands down: best moment of the day," the 32-year-old captioned the sweet snapshot of the little one all bundled up holding birthday balloons and roses.

Alec, 57, and Hilaria — who married in June 2012 — welcomed their daughter Carmen in August 2013 and six-month-old son Rafael in June 2015. The former 30 Rock star is also a dad to a 20-year-old daughter, Ireland Baldwin, from his first marriage to Kim Basinger.
