After Gisele and Tom married in 2009, she became an active and loving stepmother to the NFL legend’s son Jack, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynihan. Jack was born in August 2007, after Tom and Gisele started dating.

“I wanted him to be called River because I wanted something always flowing, immortal. My husband said, ‘There’s no way we’re going to call him River.’ But my father’s name is Reinoldo, so it’s a homage to him. And it’s like water,” Gisele told British Vogue in March 2010.

When Benjamin turned 15 years old in 2024, the Fox NFL analyst wrote, “I’m so proud of the young man you are … You’re a student, artist, athlete, musician and teammate … but most of all you’re the best brother and son anyone could ask for. You pour so much into everything you do, and it shows in the way you inspire others around you.” Tom added, “Thanks for always making us laugh … Even when you’re not supposed to!”

Gisele shared an Instagram Story calling her oldest child the “sweetest and funniest boy on earth.”

“You have the biggest heart and it’s amazing to see you grow into an incredible young man,” she continued. “Te amo muito!” which means “I love you lots!” in Gisele’s native Portuguese.

Vivian Lake Brady was born on December 5, 2012, and Gisele once again chose a home birth in Boston.

Vivian takes after her mom’s interest in the outdoors, especially when it comes to horseback riding. Unfortunately, it led to an injury that Gisele didn’t reveal until October 2023.

“She had a fall, and she broke her arm,” Gisele told People about how her daughter kept wanting to do higher jumps on her horse. “Three years ago, and then she didn’t ride. She had to put a pin.”

“I was there watching that whole thing in slow motion, and it was one of the worst days of my life,” the Brazil native added.

Despite surgery and a six-month recovery, Vivian was excited to get back to being an equestrian, especially at her mom’s seaside home in Costa Rica.

“When we went to Costa Rica, we were just riding easy. And then she, little by little, at first, she was just riding with me on the saddle, and then she started riding alone a little bit, slower. A few months, she’s running on the beach. I’m like, ‘Hold on!’ And then after that, she was like, ‘Mom, I want to go back jumping again.’ And I’m like, ‘OK.’ She overcame that fear that was really real for her,” Gisele proudly explained.

Tom proudly wished his “forever baby girl” a happy 12th birthday in December 2024. “Watching you grow and chase after your dreams are the proudest moments of my life. Your love, compassion, and joy fill up every room that you’re in, and will always make your daddy smile. You light up my life!” he wrote in an Instagram post while sharing a series of personal photos of his daughter.

Gisele also celebrated Vivian’s big day with an Instagram Story photo of the pair riding horses on the beach. “Happy birthday to my ray of sunshine,” she wrote. “You are the best daughter a mom could ever ask for, and I’m so blessed to be your mama!”

At the age of 44, Gisele welcomed her third child and her first baby with boyfriend Joaquim.

“Happiness is an inside job. Remember, you are the only one who has the power to create the life you want to live,” she captioned a video showing her heavily pregnant baby bump while on the beach in a January 29, 2025, Instagram post.

TMZ reported on February 5, 2025, that Gisele had given birth “recently.” The outlet said she was ““super happy” after the arrival of her bundle of joy and sources close to the star said both “mom and the baby are healthy.”

Gisele and Joaquim did not comment on the baby’s arrival or reveal the child’s sex and name as of February 6, 2025.
