Inside Jane Seymour and Boyfriend John Zambetti’s Relationship: ‘Smiling Like Crazy’
When Jane Seymour was set up on a blind date with John Zambetti over a year ago, she had no intention of falling in love. After four failed marriages, Jane insisted, “I’m done with guys, it’s not happening.” But John, an ER doctor and musician, won her over with song.
“He wrote two songs for me before we actually formally dated,” Jane, 73, exclusively told Closer at the American Ballet Theatre annual holiday benefit in Beverly Hills on December 16, 2024. “He sent them on texts, and that was it! I couldn’t believe it. I was smiling like crazy, and all my girlfriends were screaming.” The former Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman star joked that the only time they argue is about who’s the better doctor.
One time, after falling and cutting his head, John “started telling me how I should clean the wound,” Jane recalled to Closer. “And I said, ‘I’m a doctor. I know. I do these things!’”
