It looks like Jillian Fink and Patrick Dempsey may be back together!
Just days after the estranged couple attended an LA event together, the 41-year-old makeup artist took to Instagram to wish Patrick a very happy birthday — and what she said about the actor will melt your heart!
"Happy 50!!! @patrickdempsey ? xxx," she captioned the sweet selfie of herself posing with the former Grey's Anatomy star. The pair — who announced their divorce after 15 years of marriage in January 2015— has reportedly been "working on their relationship" since revealing the unfortunate news a year ago.

Patrick and Jillian married in July 1999, and are parents to three children, Tallula, 13, and twins Sullivan and Darby, both 8. The actor was previously married to Rocky Parker from 1987 until 1994.
