John Stamos Got the Sweetest Shout-Outs From the ‘Fuller House’ Cast on His 55th Birthday
Happy Birthday, Uncle Jesse! On Sunday, Aug. 19, John Stamos got so many heartwarming birthday shout-outs from his Fuller House co-stars. Jodie Sweetin, Candace Cameron Bure, Bob Saget, Andrea Barber, and Lori Loughlin each mentioned how special he is to them via Instagram for the actor’s 55th birthday.
Lori — who plays John’s on-screen wife, Becky Katsopolis, in Fuller House — posted a sweet video of herself and John singing “Love Is an Open Door” from Disney’s hit movie Frozen. “Happy Birthday, @JohnStamos. It’s been 30 years of laughter, fun, and finishing each other’s… sandwiches. Here’s to 30 more. Have a beautiful day with [your wife, Caitlin] and your pride and joy, Billy!! Love you buddy. ???#FullerHouse #FullHouse,” she wrote in the cute clip’s caption. Watch the awesome video below!
Following in Lori’s footsteps, Bob — who portrays John’s on-screen brother-in-law, Danny Tanner — also wrote a personal message to his colleague. “Happy Birthday to my brother, John. Everyone on this earth would be so lucky to have this incredible human being in their lives. Such a loving and amazing husband, father, brother, son, and dearest of friends,” he captioned a pic of them together. “Above it all, he has a basic common sense and strength of the right way to treat his fellow human beings.”
He continued, “Such a gift is @JohnStamos. Happy birthday, my brother. I wanted to write something not too personal for everyone on Instagram to read so I chose the above. Love you so. Oh, it’s Bob.” And the birthday shout-outs didn’t end there! Andrea (aka Kimmy Gibbler) shared a cute pic of herself blowing a kiss to John and wished for him to have a blessed day with his family. “Enjoy your day with your beautiful family. Love you! ?,” she wrote on Instagram.
Candace and Jodie — who play sisters D.J. Tanner and Stephanie Tanner, respectively, on Fuller House — each shared a throwback photo of themselves with John. “Happy Birthday, Uncle J! My, my… we’ve made quite the memories these last 30+ years,” Jodie shared. “I can’t believe you’re about 10 years younger than I am currently in this photo!! We were babies! (Well, I actually was… haha) Love you so much @JohnStamos!!!”
Alongside Candace’s 90s photo with John she wrote, “Have mercy! It’s Uncle J’s birthday!! Love you tons and tons, @JohnStamos.” After John received so much love from his fellow co-stars, he must of had the best birthday ever!
