Kate Middleton Has Reportedly Been Advising Pregnant Meghan Markle On ‘What Lies Ahead’ With Her First Royal Baby

Duchesses Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle might not be the absolute best of friends but, according to a new report, mom-of-three Kate, 36, has been advising pregnant Meghan, 37, on “what lies ahead” as she prepares to welcome her first baby into the British royal family next year.

“Meghan is nervous about the birth and has also been turning to Kate for tips on how to deal with balancing royal life with being a mom,” an insider told Life & Style in the magazine’s latest issue, on newsstands now. “After having three children, Kate is a pro at motherhood and has been advising Meghan on what lies ahead.”

While Meghan is allegedly a bit nervous about becoming a first-time mom, her husband, Prince Harry, is reportedly very “ready” to be a new father. “Harry is glowing. He is ready to be a dad,” the insider added of the 34-year-old Prince. Harry is also helping to make sure Meghan’s pregnancy isn’t too stressful. “[He] has always been an attentive husband, but more so than ever now that he’s going to be a dad. The pregnancy has only strengthened their marriage,” the source shared, adding that Harry “has made sure to stock up on the food Meghan’s craving: Cadbury’s chocolate, fruit, and anything spicy!”

Apparently, Queen Elizabeth and Meghan’s mom, Doria Ragland, are thrilled to welcome another little bundle of joy into their family, too. “Queen Elizabeth can’t wait. She has already splashed out on adorable baby clothes and toys and is keeping a close eye on Meghan, who she’s developed a special bond with,” the source told Life & Style. “Doria can’t wait to be a grandmother and is moving to help her daughter after the birth. Meghan has been hunting for a townhouse in Kensington and Chelsea for her mom.” Just a few more months to go before we get to meet Harry and Meghan’s royal baby!
