Kate and her handsome husband, William, visited London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Sunday to participate in a training day for their Heads Together campaign!

For the fun outing, Kate looked perfectly sporty in a $350 Perfect Moment red puffer jacket, a pair of skinny black jeans and matching black and red sneakers.

Kate, William and Prince Harry founded Heads Together to end negative stigmas surrounding mental health issues. "Mental health is just as important as physical health," Kate previously said in a promotional video for the campaign.

During their visit, Kate and William spoke with runners who are training for the upcoming 2017 Virgin Money London Marathon for Heads Together.

The royal couple then competed against each other in a 50-yard sprint — so adorable! The duo even shared a cute high-five before the race began!

Though Kate lost to her hubby, the two embraced in a cute hug after the sprint! The candid moment was especially rare because the mom-of-two and William often avoid PDA.

Approximately 150 runners participated in the Heads Together training day. The event also included a Q&A session on preparing for a marathon with topics including nutrition, running and stretching.

"We want to normalize mental health, we want to get people talking about it, to make it more normal and to reduce the stigma. What you are doing and having so many of you here today, you’ve already seen the benefit of joining in, by being part of this marathon," Kate said at the special event.
