"Happy four months to my sweet baby James ?✨? ," the 31-year-old star captioned the sweet snapshot of the chubby-cheeked little one relaxing at home.

Former President George W. Bush's niece and her husband, David Lauren, 44 — who tied the knot in 2011 — welcomed James, their first child, in November 2015.
