Madonna Shares a Sad Selfie on Instagram Amid Custody Battle Over Son Rocco
Things clearly aren’t looking up for Madonna.
Amid her custody battle with ex-husband Guy Ritchie over their 15-year-old son, Rocco, the 57-year-old star took to Instagram on Thursday, Jan. 21 to share a sad-looking selfie — and our heart is breaking for the singer! “Moving forward… nowhere else to go,” she captioned the snapshot of herself looking teary-eyed.
Earlier this month, reports surfaced that Madonna and Guy, 47, are involved in a messy custody disagreement over son Rocco. While the teen has allegedly been living with his father in London, a judge recently ordered Rocco — who had expressed interest in staying with Guy abroad — to return to NYC to be with his famous mother for the holidays.

The former couple were previously married from 2000 until 2008. They welcomed Rocco in 2000 and adopted David together in 2005. Madonna is also a mom to a nine-year-old daughter, Mercy, whom she adopted as a single parent in 2006. Guy additionally has three kids — Rafael, 4, Rivka, 3, and Levi, 1 — with his wife, Jacqui Ainsley, 34.
