Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker Sell Their NYC Home — See Photos of the Lavish Pad!
The Parker-Broderick family is moving on up!
Sarah Jessica Parker, 49, and Matthew Broderick, 53, have reportedly sold their luxurious Manhattan home for an estimated $19.95 million after trying to sell the Greenwich Village townhouse for more than two years.

According to the 6,800-square-foot abode’s listing on Zillow.com, the home — which was built in 1846 — includes six bedrooms, seven fireplaces and a private, split-level home garden.

The newly renovated pad additionally features 12-foot ceilings, a gourmet, eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room and a lavish master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and private terrace.

Sarah Jessica and Matthew — who are parents to son James Wilkie, 12, and twin daughters Marion and Tabitha, 6 — previously put the home on the market in 2012 before re-listing the property for a lower price.
Though the most recent listing price was $19.95 million, it is unclear how much the family’s townhouse recently sold for as the sale is still pending.
