Meghan Markle and Amal Clooney Reportedly Have a Very “Natural Friendship” and Share “Many Interests”

One is a former actress who is married to British royalty and another is a world-renowned human rights lawyer hitched to an actor. It may not seem like Meghan Markle and Amal Clooney would be dear friends, but according to a new report, the two have a ton in common and a very “natrual friendship!”

“Meghan and Amal have known each other for a while [and share] many interests,” a source recently revealed to People, adding that the two women previously met through mutual friends. “Amal has been helping Meghan settle into London life. It was a very natural friendship from day one.”

Amal and her husband, George Clooney decided to reside in England full-time after the pair tied the knot in Venice, Italy back in September 2014. One month after their wedding, it was reported that the Clooneys bought the Mill House on an island in the River Thames at Sonning Eye in England for around $13.2 million.

Since they live in England — and Amal and Meghan are such good pals! — George and his stunning wife were stand-out guests at Prince Harry and Meghan’s royal wedding at Windsor Castle on Saturday, May 19.
