Comedian Melissa McCarthy is moving out! The 47-year-old Hollywood star is renting out her fully furnished, 1940s California bungalow for $10,000 a month and the place looks absolutely gorgeous.

Melissa’s Toluca Lake home comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and has a boomerang-shaped swimming pool in the backyard. She previously brought her humble abode for $780,000 in 2009 and it still looks brand new!
