Mindy Kaling totally transformed her body and has loved showing off the results of her weight loss.

The Office alum opened up about how she has a workout routine of activities she enjoys doing, such as yoga, Pilates, walking and strength training. As a result, her body has loved how she’s mixing things up instead of the “punishing” fitness routines she used implement.

“I know people are really interested in my body and the changes in my body, and I think it’s flattering and sometimes it’s just a little much, so I don’t try to tune it in too much,” the actress told People in 2023. “The truth is that I spend so much time and energy trying to be healthy.”
