John Corbett (Ian Miller)

John, 55, is best known for playing Ian in Greek Wedding and Carrie Bradshaw's boyfriend Aidan Shaw on Sex and the City. The actor — who has been dating 10 star Bo Derek since 2002 — has also filmed TV and radio voiceovers for Applebee's Restaurants and Walgreens drug stores.

Lainie Kazan (Maria Portokalos)

The actress and singer, 76, has starred on TV shows The Nanny, Veronica’s Closet, St. Elsewhere and Will & Grace and in movies I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry and You Don't Mess with the Zohan.

Michael Constantine (Gus Portokalos)

Prior to starring as Toula's Windex bottle-toting father, Michael, 89, starred as school principal Seymour Kaufman on the ABC sitcom Room 222 — for which he won an Emmy — and appeared in the short-lived 1976 sitcom Sirota's Court. He retired from acting in 2002 following his performance in Greek Wedding.

Louis Mandylor (Nick Portokalos)

Louis, 50, is best known for his guest star roles on Friends, CSI: Miami, Charmed and The Cursed. He most recently starred in horror movies Sorority Party Massacre and 20 Feet Below: The Darkness Descending.

Andrea Martin (Aunt Voula)

The 69-year-old actress has appeared in films such as Black Christmas and Hedwig and the Angry Inch and starred onstage in Broadway productions including Pippin — for which she won a Tony Award — My Favorite Year, Fiddler on the Roof and Candide.

Gia Carides (Cousin Nikki)

After Greek Wedding, Gia, 52, reprised her role as Cousin Nikki in the short-lived TV series My Big Fat Greek Life and starred in movies Exposed, Stick It and Burning Man.

Joey Fatone (Cousin Angelo)

The former 'N Sync boybander, 39, has competed on the reality show Dancing with the Stars and hosted The Singing Bee. He is now the announcer on Family Feud and host of the Food Network show Rewrapped.
