‘Dancing With the Stars’ Alum Noah Galloway Reveals Why He Called Off His Engagement to Jamie Boyd
Noah Galloway is getting candid about his past relationship with Jamie Boyd — and has revealed why he called off their engagement after popping the question on Dancing With the Stars.
“One day I blurted out, ‘I don’t want any more kids,'” the father-of-three wrote in his new memoir, Living with No Excuses.
“[I said], ‘I don’t think I should have any more kids. I am working so hard to travel and spend time with with the kids that I just don’t think I can do it. I don’t think it makes any sense,'” he continued, noting Jamie was “taken by surprise” with his confession.

“As much as I loved Jamie and as great as she was for me, I had to look at it like I look at everything else. What was best for the kids? And I didn’t think having more children would be good for them. I would be spread too thin. It would take away time from the others,” the 34-year-old star wrote.

“She might have said she was okay with not having children of her own, but I knew that wasn’t true,” he wrote. “And she deserved to have kids. She would make a great mother.”
Noah — who is father to kids Rian Elizabeth, Colston and Jack — and Jamie became engaged on a May 2015 DWTS episode. The couple later announced their split in October 2015.
