Patrick Dempsey and Ex Jillian Fink Sell Their Home for $15 Million Amid Divorce
Patrick Dempsey has officially moved on from his 15-year marriage.
The Grey’s Anatomy star, 49, and his estranged wife, Jillian Fink, have sold their home for $15 million amid their divorce, The Wall Street Journal confirmed on Wednesday, June 10.

The lavish Malibu, Calif., property — which first hit the market in April for $14.5 million — includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and a sculpture studio. The home’s exterior additionally features raised gardens, an in-ground pool, outdoor kitchen, fire-pit and climbing wall, according to the house’s listing on Zillow.com.

Patrick and Jillian — who announced their split in February — reportedly bought the abode six years ago for $7 million. The former couple resided there with their three children, Talula, 12, and twin boys Darby and Sullivan, 8.
