The former Grey's Anatomy actor's wife, Jillian Fink, took to Instagram on Sunday, April 3 to share a stunning new photo of the couple's 14-year-old daughter, Tallula Dempsey — and she looks so grown up in the pic!

Patrick, 50, and Jillian — who recently called off their divorce — welcomed Tallula in February 2002. The couple are also parents to nine-year-old twin sons, Sullivan and Darby, whom they welcomed in February 2007.
