Patrick J. Adams Shares Unseen Photos of Duchess Meghan in Honor of the Final ‘Suits’ Episode
It seems like it was just the other day Duchess Meghan played Rachel Zane on Suits. Even though she’s no longer acting, her costars still remember all of the awesome moments that they had with the now-royal on set — especially on-screen love interest Patrick J. Adams.
While going down memory lane, Patrick, 38, decided to share a few never-before-seen photos of Meghan, also 38, and the rest of the Suits cast goofing around on set to Instagram.
“This week the last episode of Suits will air and the nearly 10 year journey we’ve all been on together will finally be over,” he wrote on social media. “So it seems right to post some photos the next couple of days from the early days.”
In the first photo that Patrick shared, Meghan is seen relaxing on a couch in worn down heels. In another, she’s all dressed up standing around. In yet another photo, Meghan is smiling while wearing nothing but a bathrobe and a pair of pumps. Finally, in a fourth photo, she’s posing with the rest of her cast mates for a nice group photo.
In 2017, Meghan left Suits to marry Prince Harry and start her new life in the British royal family as the Duchess of Sussex. Even though her life has changed quite drastically, Suits producer Aaron Korsh says fame hasn’t changed the young royal at all. In fact, she’s still the same person she was before becoming a royal.
“Meghan is who she is,” Aaron told Life & Style this past January. “She’s a grown woman. She’s not in her 20s. I think she’s a fully formed woman. Meghan is the person that she was.”
“I’m sure that being in that position, I’m sure would have some long-term changes, but she’s the same,” he continued. “I’m going to guess that she’s pretty much the same person she always was and adapting very nicely to the challenges.”
Meghan is incredibly grateful for her time on Suits too. During an appearance at the 2018 Coach Core Awards, she opened up about leaving her acting career behind to start a new life with Harry.
“I see it is a new change, a new chapter,” the mom of one said. “I’ve been working on my show seven years, we were so fortunate to have that longevity, and I feel like I checked that box and am very proud of the work I’ve done there.”
