Prince William Adorably Reveals Son Prince George Is ‘Obsessed’ With Dinosaurs
Too cute! During a recent royal visit to the Acorns Children’s Hospice, proud father-of-three Prince William revealed an adorabe tidbit about his eldest son, Prince George, and what the five-year-old tot is obsessed with right now.
While chatting with a group of children, William, 36, confessed George is currently fascinated by dinosaurs, according to Now to Love. “George is obsessed with dinosaurs. We’ve been learning all about them,” Kate Middleton‘s hubby reportedly told the kids, who were busy crafting figures of the historic creatures.
Later that day, Acorns Children’s Hospice Chief Executive, Toby Porter, expressed his gratitude for William’s visit. “It was a day none of us will ever forget at Acorns. It was quite magical for us to see the pleasure it gave the children and the families to meet the Duke at the Birmingham hospice opened by his mother 30 years ago. What a fantastic 30th anniversary present for everyone at Acorns,” Porter wrote on the charity’s website.
According to Hello!, the hospice’s president, Kay Alexander, also spoke about Princess Diana in high regard. During her speech at the event, Alexander reportedly told the audience that she was “going to get tearful” while talking about Diana, to which William replied, “Don’t, you’ll start me off as well.”
She instead noted how great it was for William to stop by for a visit. “The fact that he can come around like that and just chat to anyone is the biggest, best thing that could happen to those parents. He is a star,” Alexander shared.
Princess Diana would have been so proud of William and we’re sure she would have loved to hear about her grandson’s adorable interest in dinosaurs, too! In March, People similarly reported that William had revealed that George is also totally in love with police cars. “[George] is obsessed, actually, by the police… cars, toys, everything,” he shared during a royal event. Aww!
