William and Kate Don’t Let Kids George and Charlotte Play With iPads (REPORT)

Siblings Prince George and Princess Charlotte may be royals, but that doesn't mean they get every luxury in life! According to a new report, the tots' parents, Prince William and Kate Middleton, surprisingly don't allow their kids to play with iPads. They're instead expected to play with dolls, blocks, and other toys! "Neither like the idea of putting an iPad on in front of the kids," a source close to the royal couple recently told Us Weekly.

"As two people who grew up without gadgets for entertainment, they’re firm believers in toys, outdoor play, and encouraging an active imagination," the insider explained. George, 4, and Charlotte, 2, also enjoy spending quality time with their maternal grandparents, Michael and Carole Middleton. "Kate’s parents often visit them or stay for the full weekend. William enjoys a close relationship with both," the source said, adding that George "loves anything on wheels and gets to spend hours riding bikes," while Charlotte enjoys playing with Disney princess toys. So cute!

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are pleased to share a new photograph of their family. The image features on Their Royal Highnesses' Christmas card this year. The photograph shows The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge with their two children at Kensington Palace. It was taken earlier this year by @chrisjacksongetty Their Royal Highnesses have also announced this morning that Princess Charlotte will attend the Willcocks Nursery School in London from January 2018. The Willcocks Nursery School has said: "We are delighted that The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen the Willcocks Nursery School for Princess Charlotte. We look forward to welcoming Charlotte to our nursery in January."

Another recent Us Weekly report shed more light on George and Charlotte's adorable personalities. "George is very close with his father. William says they have surprisingly deep conversations these days and his view of the world is absolutely fascinating to him," a source revealed. "Not so long ago William said something like, 'I never thought I’d see the day when George is talking to me about the value of sharing or the importance of happiness. He’s a bright boy!'"

As for little Charlotte, she and her mom, Kate, also share a unique bond. "Mummy definitely has a shadow. Wherever Kate goes, so does Charlotte. It’s adorable. As she’s home a lot more than George, Charlotte spends time in the kitchen 'helping' with things. Whenever the housekeeper or Kate is preparing food, Charlotte needs her own little toy set by her side to imitate," the insider gushed.

"[George is] very protective of her but they still like a bit of rough and tumble. She’s not afraid of a grazed knee and it’s most certainly not going to stop her from running around corridors like a girl possessed," the insider shared. "Charlotte has a very active imagination and a curious nature. She’s always got her eye on something and moves at the speed of light!" We can't wait until William and Kate add another little one to their family next spring when royal baby No. 3 is set to arrive!
