AwwPrincess Eugenie Shares Cute Selfie in Honor of Husband Jack Brooksbank’s Birthday: ‘You Are One of a Kind’
What a couple! Princess Eugenie shared the sweetest selfie of she and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, in honor of his 29th birthday.
Eugenie, 29, took to Instagram on Friday, May 3, to post a photo of she and her man smiling wide. “Happy Birthday to you, my one and only Jack. You are one of a kind and totally extraordinary. Nine birthdays and counting,” the youngest daughter of Prince Andrew captioned the picture.
“To quote you from a few months ago ‘you light up my life,'” she added. Take a look at the post below!
There was of course nothing but positive reactions in the comments section. “I LOVE this! So refreshing to see a Royal take a selfie … the princess looks so happy,” one person said. Another added, “What a joyful soul he has! Many happy returns of the day.”
The royal pair said their I dos in October 2018 on the grounds of Windsor. For her gown, Eugenie wore a deep-v neckline that showed off her Scoliosis surgery scar. Her dress was recently showcased for the public to view at Windsor Castle, and in the exhibition’s audio guide, she opened up about her bold decision to display her scar on her wedding day.
“I had always wanted a low back — part of it was showing my scar and I believe scars tell a story about your past and your future, and it’s a way of getting rid of a taboo,” Eugenie explained. “For me, it’s a way of communicating with people who are going through either similar situations with scoliosis or having a scar of their own that they are trying to deal with.”
This past March, the royal reportedly threw a fourth party in the same location she got married in order to celebrate her lovely wedding. According to the Daily Mail, Eugenie put together a private viewing for her party guests that allowed them to see her two royal outfits that she wore on her big day again.
It’s so great to see how completely happy Eugenie and Jack are — may they continue to celebrate their love!
