Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec Shows Off Muscles During Gym Workout in New Video: ‘Getting It Done’

Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec is dedicated to sticking to his fitness goals in 2025! His wife, Kym Johnson-Herjavec, shared a video of the star while he was working out on the first day of the year.

In the clip posted in Kym’s Instagram Stories, Robert, 62, was seen doing pushups on a yoga mat in the gym. She wrote, “@robertherjavec getting it done! @chiefbrabon we have not missed a day working out on our holiday.”

Robert previously opened up about his workout regimen despite his busy schedule.

“I try to do different things in order to stay highly motivated, because even the best of us can lose our motivation,” he told Men’s Health in April 2018.

“I used to think that cardio was the only way to lose weight, but I learned over time the benefits of resistance training and lifting,” the TV personality told the outlet. “In terms of weights, I try to do natural resistance, so a lot of pull ups. Now I tend to do six to eight exercises of three sets of eight to 10 reps of medium weight intermixed with my cardio sessions. I work the major muscle groups by doing things like squats, pushups, deadlifts. And I’m addicted to SoulCycle. I go at least five times per week.”

Robert also revealed how he changed up his diet to maintain the best shape of his life.

“When I eat out, I always try to limit myself to eating half of my plate because portion sizes are often quite large,” he explained. “Kym and I tend to go to a restaurant and share a meal. I don’t drink pop … people always think dieting is about solid foods, and they’re like, ‘Oh, you know, I’m really watching what I eat,’ but they’re drinking their fourth Coke of the day.”

The Dancing With the Stars alum explained the importance of portion control to help him have a balanced diet.

“It’s more for discipline,” Robert said. “There are times when I’m traveling that this can’t be avoided, but portion control is key. Also balancing your meal with water or tea is important. I can reduce late-night cravings by having hot water with lemon, or just a glass of water.”

In addition to hitting the gym frequently, Robert is a doting dad. He shares twins Hudson and Haven with Kym, as well as kids Caprice, Skye and Brendan from his marriage to ex-wife Diane Plese.

In another Instagram Story, Robert revealed that for New Year’s Eve, he had a pizza party with Hudson and Haven, both 6. The kids stood in front of the oven dancing as they watched the pizza cook. Then, Robert took the pizza out of the oven and served it up on a plate.

In a video posted after New Year’s Eve, Robert reflected on his “incredble” life with his family, writing in his caption, “10 years ago I was living in a rented apartment going through a very dark period in my life. Fast forward to today, I am the happiest man alive spending Christmas and new year holidays in Montana with my beautiful family.”

“You must learn this very important lesson if you want to prepare your mind for success in 2025,” he concluded.
