Robin Williams’ Napa Valley Estate Sells for $18 Million More Than a Year After His Death

Eighteen months after Robin Williams‘ tragic death, the late actor’s Napa Valley home has sold for $18.1 million.

According to [The Wall Street Journal](https://www.wsj.com/articles/robin-williamss-napa-home-sells-for-18-1-million-1453756371?mod=trendingnow2), Robin bought the estate — located in northwestern California’s Mayacamas Mountains — in the early 2000s.

Though the Oscar winner previously put the mansion on the market for $35 million in 2012, the property was relisted for $29.9 million in April 2014, just months before Robin sadly committed suicide at age 63 in August 2014.

The expansive property reportedly spans roughly 640-acres and includes 18.4 acres of vineyards. The estate’s 200,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion features five bedrooms, six full baths and five half baths. The exterior includes an 65-foot infinity swimming pool, a tennis court, a horse barn, hiking and horse-riding trails, a fishing pond and a guesthouse.
