Ryan Phillippe and his fiancée, Paulina Slagter, have reportedly split after nearly five years together, a source told Us Weekly.

The former couple first made their public debut back in May 2012. The Cruel Intentions star then proposed to the 25-year-old law student over Christmas last year after a four-year-long relationship.

Ryan, 42, was previously married to Reese Witherspoon — with whom he has two children, daughter Ava, 17, and son Deacon, 13 — from 1999 until 2007. He is also a dad to a five-year-old daughter, Kai, from a previous relationship with actress and singer Alexis Knapp.
