She has been part of our morning routine every day for quite some time now, but Today cohost Savannah Guthrie is more than just a broadcast journalist — she is also a wife to Mike Feldman and a mother to two wonderful kids!

Savannah has worked on the popular NBC news show since 2012, and with every new episode, her fans learn more about her. The TV personality has been married to Mike since 2014 and they share their two kids, Vale and Charles. In August 2014, Savannah gave birth to Vale in her 40s. Charles was born in December 2016.

Vale Guthrie Feldman

Vale is Savannah’s only daughter. For her 5th birthday, the doting mom shared a beautiful photo of her little girl on Instagram and wrote, “From the moment you were born, Vale, you are the present I get to open every single day. Happy 5th birthday to this sparkly little soul who fills our hearts to the brim.”

Savannah also loves bringing her daughter to work. In April 2019, she gushed about having Vale around her colleagues. “Best. Day. Ever!!! So fun having my little girl come to work today and hang with some of her @todayshow besties!” Savannah said.

Vale is very close with Jenna Bush Hager‘s children, Mila, Poppy and Hal. The proud mamas often snap photos of their little ones hanging out together. The Today stars have even carried on the tradition of spending Halloween together and going trick-or-treating with their kids.

The little one is also a huge fan of Taylor Swift. She and Savannah attended the Eras tour in Los Angeles in August 2023. A few months later, Vale dressed as Taylor for the Halloween special on Today. The mother-daughter duo took the stage to perform “Cruel Summer.”

Charles “Charley” Max Feldman

Charles was born in December 2016. The young boy was named after Savannah’s late father, Charles Guthrie, who died from a heart attack when the TV icon was just 16 years old. Just like his big sister, Charles also shows up on his mom’s Instagram quite a bit. He is also a big fan of candy!

Charley loves spending time with his big sister. Though Savannah has admitted the siblings do not enjoy posing for photos, they always look like they are having a blast in the snaps she manages to take. From visits to water parks with his family and having fun at the state fair, the youngster is a total ball of energy.
