Enchanted Berry Bubbly

Servings = 5

Ingredients:

  • 1 750 ml Bottle of ‘Once Upon A Vine’ Enchanted Woods Bubbly

  • 1 12 oz Pack of Whole Cranberries

  • 1 24.5 oz Bottle of Raspberry Flavored Syrup

Directions:

  • Freeze cranberries overnight.

  • Add a dash of raspberry syrup to each glass of sparkling wine and garnish with three frozen cranberries!

Mulled Wine Sangria

Servings = 5

Ingredients:

  • 1 750 ml Bottle of ‘Once Upon A Vine’ Red Blend

  • ¼ Cup of Brandy

  • ¼ Cup of Honey

  • 2 Sticks of Cinnamon

  • 2 Large Oranges (Thick Rind)

  • 1 tsp of Ginger

  • 1 tsp of Ground Cloves

  • 20 Whole Cloves (Optional)

Directions:

  • Mix wine, brandy, honey, cinnamon sticks, ginger and ground cloves in large non-aluminum pot.

  • Cut one orange into slices and add to mixture.

  • Bring to a boil and immediately turn down to simmer for 1 hour.

  • If desired, take approximately 20 whole cloves and carefully remove balls from ends.

  • Press remaining clove (pointed end first) into whole orange.

  • To avoid breaking the star-shaped tops press in with thumbnail between the prongs.

  • When finished, cut the orange in half and add to mixture.

Fairest Apple Cider

Servings = 5

Ingredients:

  • 1 750 ml Bottle of ‘Once Upon A Vine’ Chardonnay

  • 1 50.7 oz Bottle of Apple Cider

  • ½ Cup of Italian Liqueur

  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon

  • 1 Cup of Heavy Whipping

  • 1 tbsp of Vanilla Flavor

Directions:

  • Mix wine, cider, liqueur, and cinnamon in large non-aluminum pot.

  • Turn on low heat and warm to desired drinking level.

  • Put whisk and metal bowl in freezer for at least 15 minutes.

  • When ready to serve, mix heavy whipping and vanilla in cold metal bowl using whisk.

  • Whisk until mixture becomes fluffy.

  • Top drinks with mixture.
