Joe Manganiello is on the mend following his recent hospitalization.
The 39-year-old actor resurfaced on social media over the weekend when his wife, Sofia Vergara, posted the first photo of her husband since his scary hospital stint last month.
"Afternoon tea," Sofia, 43, captioned the sweet Instagram snapshot — posted on Saturday, May 14 — of herself giving Joe a hug.

Reports first surfaced in mid-April that Joe was battling a serious health issue. It was later revealed the True Blood star underwent an emergency appendectomy last month. Get well soon, Joe!
