The Modern Family actress recently shared a no makeup selfie on Instagram — and even though she shared that she's sick in the caption, illness has got nothing on Sofia's stunning look!

"Hm… I just realized that 102 fever gives you the perfect shades of pink. I need this colors. @covergirl #ImAWimp #ThatsWhatIGetForShootingInTherRainInRome ?#IWouldntMakeItPast2dDaysOnNakedAndAfraid?," the 44-year-old actress captioned the rare pic on Tuesday, April 11.

The sick actress later followed up with a photo of chicken soup (probably served by her handsome hubby Joe Manganiello) with her noticeably bed-ridden self in the background. Poor Sofia!

This isn't the first time the star has gone bare on social media. In July 2015, she shared a fun selfie by the pool with her millions of followers on Instagram. Many fans were also surprised when they learned Sofia is actually a natural blond, even though she often sports brunette strands.
