Soleil Moon Frye is a mom — again!
The 39-year-old actress and her husband, Jason Goldberg, welcomed their fourth child, a baby boy named Story, on Monday, May 16, Soleil confirmed via Instagram.
"Welcome to the world our sweet baby boy, Story," the former Punky Brewster star captioned a precious photo of herself holding her newborn son beside her husband in the hospital.

Soleil and Jason, 44, previously announced they were expecting their fourth child last November. The couple — who married in October 1998 — are already parents to daughters Poet, 10, and Jagger, 8, and son Lyric, 2.
