Meet Sylvester Stallone’s 5 Kids With Ex Sasha Czack and Current Wife Jennifer Flavin

Sage Moonblood Stallone, 1976-2012

His first marriage was to photographer and director Sasha Czack, with whom he had two sons, Sage and Seargeoh. After divorcing Sasha in 1985, Sly quickly remarried actress and model Brigitte Nielsen just ten months later.

Sage was Sly’s firstborn, who arrived on May 5, 1976. He appeared in a couple of movies with his father, including Rocky V and Daylight. While his acting career didn’t progress, Sage did attend the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and eventually founded a company that was all about the restoration and preservation of films. Tragically, Sage died on July 13, 2012.

Seargeoh Stallone

Seargeoh — who was born in 1979 — has lived a very private life, so there isn’t much out there about him. What we do know is that he is Sly’s second born and that Seargeoh was diagnosed with autism at an early age. Here he is in the photo above as a newborn in Rocky II, his only film credit to date.

Sophia Rose Stallone

Jennifer’s firstborn but Sly’s third, Sophia, arrived on August 27, 1996. She attended the University of Southern California and is currently hoping to own her own makeup and fashion line. She once made an appearance as a guest judge on Project Runway, if you’re all about that show. Sophia also hosts the “UNWAXED” podcast with her sister Sistine.

In February 2024, Sophia revealed that she and Sistine moved to New York City. Before doing so, Sylvester made them undergo a rigorous bootcamp with Navy SEALs to help prepare them for the East Coast.

“It was the hardest. It was about six hours we were in those woods,” Sistine told The New York Post. “Sophia and I got our asses whooped by these guys. They were the real deal.”

“It was a rigorous routine. Every day at 6 a.m., he would make us eat eggs with ketchup. For some reason, that combination … to bulk up,” Sophia added. “But then it was a lot of situps, pushups, pullups, clean and jerks.”

Sistine Rose Stallone

Like her older sister and fellow podcaster, Sistine enjoys fashion and has gone the modeling route, signing on with IMG Models in 2016. While the beauty — who arrived on June 27, 1998 — has walked some prestigious runways in the past, Sistine’s most impressive accomplishment so far was her film debut in 47 Meters Down: Uncaged.

Although she once told The Hollywood Reporter she doesn’t “think I could ever act,” Sistine proved herself wrong as she appeared in her first movie in August 2019. Her dad even walked alongside her on the film premiere’s red carpet!

Scarlet Rose Stallone

Scarlet is, of course, the youngest of Sly’s kids, as she arrived on May 25, 2002. Scarlett is a model, and you can a lot of her gorgeous photos on Instagram. She’s also an actress, having appeared in 2014’s Reach Me, per IMDb.
