Moving On!Tom Cruise Sells LA House He Shared With Ex Katie Holmes for $40 Million (REPORT)
Tom Cruise is officially moving on from his past marriage to Katie Holmes.
The 53-year-old actor is relocating to Florida after selling the LA home he once shared with Katie, 37, for $40 million, according to People.

“Tom has long planned to leave LA. He doesn’t need to be there for work — he’s off doing movies all around the world. It’s not the center of his life anymore,” an insider told the magazine.
The Mission: Impossible star and Katie previously purchased their 10,000-square-foot California mansion in 2007 for $30.5 million. The former couple — who are parents to a 10-year-old daughter, Suri Cruise — were married from 2006 until 2012.
